Kean Miller continues to expand in Texas as we announce the addition of Jessica L. D. Guobadia as a partner. Jessica joins the firm in our office in The Woodlands, where she continues to focus her practice on probate, trust, and guardianship matters.

Jessica is a skilled litigator and mediator dedicated to guiding individuals and their families through the complexities of guardianship, probate, and mental health commitment proceedings. She has extensive experience handling probate matters, including heirships and probate of wills. Jessica takes pride in helping clients create personalized estate plans that ensure that their wishes are clearly documented and honored. She has served in a variety of roles as applicable in matters including probate administration, guardianships, personal injury matters, involuntary mental health commitments, and emergency removal proceedings. This holistic perspective enables Jessica to offer well-rounded advice to her clients and serve as an effective mediator.

Jessica earned her J.D. from the Loyola Marymount University in 2008 and her B.A. in Economics and Minor in Latin American Studies from Boston College in 2005.
