About Kyra Clark

Kyra Clark is an associate in the Houston office who focuses her practice on casualty and mass tort litigation and offshore energy and marine matters. She helps clients navigate complex personal injury and mass tort claims, as well as regulatory and liability disputes arising from offshore energy and marine operations. Before joining Kean Miller, Kyra served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Marcia A. Crone of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Kyra earned her J.D., cum laude, from the South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024 and her B.A. in International Studies, cum laude, from Texas A&M University in 2021.

About Taylor Guice

Taylor Guice is an associate in the Baton Rouge office concentrating his practice on commercial litigation, including labor and employment, insurance, construction, and intellectual property. He is a versatile litigator who represents clients in disputes involving healthcare, medical malpractice, voting rights, the False Claims Act, property, commercial real estate, products liability, education, and ethical matters. Prior to joining Kean Miller, Taylor served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jerry Edwards, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana and as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Kelly Balfour of the 19^th Judicial District Court.

Taylor earned his J.D./D.C.L., magna cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2025 and his B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2021.
