"Advocacy begins with preparation and a genuine understanding of what is at stake for the client. I enjoy stepping into complex disputes, finding the path through issues, and advocating with purpose."

Taylor Guice is a versatile litigator who brings rigorous preparation, sound judgment, and a competitive spirit to complex disputes.

Prior to joining Kean Miller, Taylor served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jerry Edwards, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana and as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Kelly Balfour of the 19th Judicial District Court. He drafted opinions and prepared for hearings and trials involving a wide range of legal issues in these roles. During law school, he also distinguished himself in advocacy competitions, earning multiple mock trial championships and recognition as Best Overall Advocate. Today, Taylor draws on that foundation in representing clients across labor and employment, insurance coverage and recovery, construction, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and related disputes involving healthcare, medical malpractice, voting rights, the False Claims Act, property, commercial real estate, products liability, education, and ethical matters. He brings a clear, strategic approach to difficult problems and a determination to advocate effectively at every stage.
