Kean Miller is pleased to announce that Manning P. Greene has joined the firm as an associate in the Baton Rouge office, strengthening the firm’s oil and gas, energy, mineral title, and natural resources practices.

Manning advises clients on a wide range of energy-related matters and has significant experience in oil and gas title work, including preparing title opinions for energy producers. He has led complex prospect-wide projects involving division-of-interest analysis and division order title opinions and has worked through challenging title issues involving commercial properties, public road dedications, interstate highways, and airports. His experience also includes drafting pleadings, motion practice, and discovery in energy and environmental litigation matters.

Manning earned his J.D./D.C.L. from the LSU Law Center in 2023, along with a Graduate Certificate in Energy Law and Policy. He received his B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from LSU in 2020.
