Manning Greene concentrates his practice on oil and gas, energy, mineral title, and natural resources issues.
Manning advises clients on a broad range of energy-related matters and has significant experience in oil and gas title work, including preparing title opinions for energy producers. He has led complex prospect-wide projects involving division-of-interest analysis and division order title opinions and has worked through challenging title issues involving commercial properties, public road dedications, interstate highways, and airports. His experience also includes drafting pleadings, motion practice, and discovery in energy and environmental litigation matters.
Throughout law school and his undergraduate studies, Manning developed a unique strategic perspective from five years as a Student Analytical Manager for the LSU Baseball team, where he worked closely with the coaching staff and was a member of the 2023 National Championship team. Manning also gained valuable experience from working with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court for eight years.
