"I litigate in state and federal courts in multiple states across the country, including my home State of Louisiana, representing local and national corporate clients, as well as individuals in a variety of litigation matters, including complex, multi-party disputes."

Jason focuses his practice on issues involving product liability, professional liability, medical malpractice, and general and business litigation. Jason also advises clients in the health care area and is involved in providing general legal advice to health care providers as well as defending health care providers in medical malpractice claims. He also advises clients on electronic discovery, e-discovery compliance, electronically stored information, electronic information management, and retention and destructive policies and procedures. After law school, Jason served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank J. Polozola of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana in 1998.

In his personal time, Jason is a Marathon runner. He is continuing his goal of running a Marathon in all 50 states, having already completed at least a Half Marathon in all 50 states, including a 50-mile Ultramarathon in 2022. He recently completed his goal of running all Abbott World Marathon Majors, including Chicago, London, Berlin, Sydney, New York, Tokyo, and finally Boston in 2025 where he earned his Six Star Medal.

After law school, Jason served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank J. Polozola of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana in 1998.
