Karli Johnson is a seasoned litigator with over two decades of experience handling high-stakes, complex litigation in both state and federal courts. Known for her strong judgment and strategic approach, she has earned a stellar reputation among clients, judges, and opposing counsel alike.

Karli aggressively defends clients involved in general litigation, occupational exposure cases, oil and gas litigation, chemical exposure cases, warranty/product liability litigation, and complex commercial litigation for Kean Miller’s industrial, construction, and financial sector clients, including claims involving business torts, trade secrets, breach of contract, trade secrets, antitrust, and unfair competition. She also has deep expertise in managing mass toxic tort cases, class actions, and environmental litigation.

Karli excels at coordinating legal teams, leveraging resources, and crafting effective defense strategies. Her extensive background in e-discovery compliance and management of electronically stored information makes her a sought-after advisor in these areas. Karli has served as a mediator often, having completed the mediation training program “Mediating the Litigated Case” offered by the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law.
