Linda brings a strong litigation background to her practice, drawing on her experience as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where she managed a broad range of criminal matters from investigation through trial. Her courtroom experience and advocacy skills enable her to effectively represent clients in contested probate and fiduciary matters.
Before entering the legal profession, Linda worked in the financial services industry, where she analyzed credit risk and financial performance for energy-sector clients. This business background provides her with a practical understanding of financial and operational issues that often arise in estate, trust, and real estate matters.
