About Linda Luo

Linda focuses her practice on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation, as well as real estate matters. She represents individuals, families, fiduciaries, and businesses in navigating sensitive disputes and complex legal challenges. Linda brings valuable courtroom experience from her service as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and leverages a prior background in financial services to provide practical, business-minded counsel. She is fluent in Chinese.

Linda earned her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024 and her B.A. in both Economics and Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018.

About Dylan Speck

Dylan concentrates his practice on offshore energy and marine litigation, representing oilfield operators, offshore service companies, and other businesses in high-stakes disputes throughout Texas and the Gulf Coast. He has significant experience defending personal injury, wrongful death, survival actions, catastrophic injury, and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Prior to law school, Dylan worked for an offshore services company, giving him firsthand industry knowledge that informs his approach to client representation.

Dylan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the South Texas College of Law Houston in 2016 and his B.S. in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
