Shearil provides legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters. She helps clients resolve employment-related disputes and comply with labor and employment laws. She listens to and partners with each client to identify problems early, develop solutions quickly, and mitigate risk and expedite conflict resolution.

Prior to law school, Shearil earned a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management and gained valuable experience working in the private sector. During that time, she held various roles and was exposed to business operations, process improvement, human resources, and sales management. This diverse range of positions allowed her to gain an in-depth understanding of the different aspects of business and human resource management.

Notably, Shearil was exposed to the challenges and complexities that HR professionals encounter in their day-to-day work. She understands the intricacies of managing a diverse workforce, dealing with employee issues, and implementing effective HR strategies from an insider’s point of view. This firsthand knowledge gives her a unique perspective on advising employers today and enables her to empathize with the challenges they face when seeking to maximize and leverage human potential across all operational areas and at every level of performance.
