- Representation of a global entertainment company in multiple premises liability and personal injury matters involving defective equipment, unsafe conditions, slip and fall, assault, negligent hiring and supervision, and other liability claims.
- Representation of a Texas-based fast food restaurant chain in multiple states in premises liability and personal injury matters involving slip and fall, assault, and inadequate maintenance claims.
- Representation of an American multinational pizza restaurant chain as regional counsel for premises liability and vicarious liability claims.
- Representation of a Fortune 100 company in leveraging favorable settlements through aggressive use of the defense friendly Louisiana Merchant Liability Statute, La. R.S. 9:2800.6.
- Representation of a national retail pharmacy in achieving an early dismissal of a questionable trip and fall case by filing motion requesting plaintiff pay bond to secure the costs that would be incurred by the defense.
- Representation of a global energy refiner and marketer in slip and fall cases, and in alleged toxic exposure cases arising out of gasoline station operations.
