Jim is an accomplished trial lawyer with extensive experience representing clients before state and federal courts, United States Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His strategic counsel and trial acumen have earned the trust of his clients who often rely on him to defend high-profile and complex litigation matters. He serves as national litigation counsel for multiple businesses with operations throughout the country. Jim’s experience covers a broad range of legal matters, including asbestos, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, contract disputes, class actions, construction disputes, property damage, and personal injury. He is also a certified mediator and was primary counsel in a nationwide “early look program” designed to resolve claims before suit was filed.
