Aaron Ruffin Recognized as a 2024 National Bar Association 40 Under 40 Recipient

Kean Miller is pleased to announce that Aaron M. Ruffin has been selected as a 2024 recipient of the National Bar Association's 40 Under 40 Nation's Best Advocates Award. The award recognizes the nation’s top lawyers under the age of 40 who exemplify a broad range of high achievement in the legal profession, including in advocacy, innovation, vision, leadership, and legal and community involvement.

Award recipients represent a cross-section of legal professionals, including large firm, solo and industry practitioners, government lawyers, judges, academicians, corporate counsels, elected officials, and various other lawyers, all of whom are using their degrees in innovative and community impacting ways that help advance the goals and mission of the National Bar Association. Recipients will be honored on July 13, 2024, during the National Bar Association Annual Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Aaron is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2022 and is a member of the firm’s key client litigation teams that vigorously defend state and federal court casualty and mass tort claims and environmental litigation primarily focused on Louisiana’s robust energy industry. Among the clients Aaron defends are major domestic and global corporations that significantly contribute to and have a direct impact on Louisiana's robust economy. He delivers comprehensive legal support across every phase of litigation and trial advocacy. Aaron is dedicated to developing defense strategies that are effective throughout the entire life cycle of the litigation claim.
