Catherine Gauthier focuses her practice on estate planning and business and corporate matters. Catherine represents individuals and families in all aspects of successions and estate planning. She assists with the drafting of estate planning documents such as last will and testaments, living wills, powers of attorney, declarations of interment, acts of donation, interdictions, and trusts. Catherine also assists individuals and families throughout the succession process. She provides legal advice and guidance catered to the client’s specific needs and the particular type of succession and drafts the necessary legal documents required for the succession’s opening and closure.

Catherine is a certified remote online notary in Louisiana.
