Idle Paper Mill to Reopen

PanAmerican Capital Group recently acquired the idle Tembec paper mill in St. Francisville, Louisiana for $16 million. Kean Miller LLP represented Tembec in the $16 million transaction. The investment group will restart the mill with 200 new jobs early next year.
