Kean Miller Adds Texas Legal Talent

Kean Miller is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Graff and Rachelle Maldonado to our rapidly growing Texas offices. These experienced attorneys offer clients additional resources in probate and trust litigation, commercial and casualty litigation, business, corporate, real estate, tax, and estate planning. The firm’s Texas offices have grown to 26 attorneys in downtown Houston and in The Woodlands.

Jennifer joins the firm as Senior Counsel in The Woodlands. She practices in the areas of corporate law, real estate, and estate planning. Jennifer also assists clients with entity formation, business planning, tax planning, corporate governance, contracts, estate tax, charitable gifting, and business succession. Jennifer earned her B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin in 1991. She earned her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law in 1995, and her LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University in 2000.

Rachelle joins the firm as an Associate Attorney in the Houston office. She practices in the areas of probate, trust, and guardianship litigation and administration. Rachelle earned her B.A. from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2016. She earned her J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 2019.
