The ranking among the Top Workplaces is grounded in a survey-based study covering company values, leadership, communication, working atmosphere, opportunities for training and progression, quality of managers and managerial skills, and an assessment of employee compensation. The employee surveys were conducted by Workplace Dynamics, an independent research firm.
