David M. Whitaker Joins Kean Miller LLP as a Partner in the Labor and Employment Group
Kean Miller LLP is pleased to announce that David M. Whitaker has joined the firm as a partner in the New Orleans office. Mr. Whitaker will practice in the Labor and Employment Law practice group. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in the New Orleans office of Lemle & Kelleher, LLP.
About David Whitaker
Mr. Whitaker concentrates his practice in the defense of employment discrimination and other employment-related claims, advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws, drafting non-compete and other employment-related agreements and policies and obtaining work visas permitting employers to utilize skilled foreign workers in the United States. David earned his B.S. from the University of New Orleans in 1988. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law in 1991 and graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif.
