About the Louisiana State Law Institute
The Louisiana State Law Institute, originally authorized by the Board of Supervisors of LSU, was chartered, created and organized as an official law revision commission, law reform agency and legal research agency of the State of Louisiana, by Act 166 of the Legislature of 1938 (Chapter 4 of Title 24 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950).
About Kevin Curry
Mr. Curry is an estate planning and federal taxation attorney in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is a partner in the firm and practices in the Baton Rouge-Bluebonnet office. He joined the firm in 1995 and practices in the areas of estate planning, business and corporate law, and federal tax. His practice includes estate planning, federal tax law, succession and probate law and non-profit corporation law.
