Olivia M. Graham
joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the e-discovery and energy and environmental litigation groups. She has experience in civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud allegations, and other commercial issues. Olivia earned her J.D./D.C.L. and Energy Law and Policy Certificate from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2023 and her B.S. in Economics with a Concentration in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University in 2019.
Michael A. Levatino, Jr.
joins the firm in New Orleans practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, he represented clients in state and federal court in matters involving construction, environmental, insurance, and commercial disputes. Michael earned his J.D., magna cum laude

Bret A. Sparks
joins the firm in Houston practicing with the offshore energy and marine litigation group. Prior to joining Kean Miller, he worked in Washington D.C. in both private practice and as a NOAA Sea Grant Fellow for Senator Roger Wicker. Originally from Louisiana, Bret is well-versed in the regulatory hurdles facing Gulf Coast businesses in the natural resources sector. Bret’s unique background in environmental science, law, and policy, coupled with his time in D.C., allows him to provide tailored services for clients dealing with local, national, and international issues in this space.
