Lloyd Lim is a bankruptcy and financial services partner in The Woodlands and Houston offices of Kean Miller. His practice focuses on all manner of financial restructuring and proceedings wherein he regularly represents lenders and lender groups, trade creditors, bondholders, indenture trustees, asset purchasers, and landlords in out of court workouts, Chapter 11 proceedings, bankruptcy litigation, exit financing, and Section 363 sales.

  • Representation of a secured creditor / equity investor in a bankruptcy proceeding involving frac sand manufacturer servicing the E&P companies in the Eagle Ford Shale Play.

  • Representation of an administrative and collateral agent and member of lender group in a bankruptcy proceeding involving the sale of a regional chain of free-standing emergency rooms.

  • Representation of a midstream company in renegotiating forbearance and refinancing of indebtedness to secured lender/equity investor.
